Help and FAQ
An option acts likes a reservation that gives you the right, but not the obligation, to purchase a good or service at a later date. When you buy an option, you are purchasing the right to a particular product, not the product itself.
Similar to reserving a table at a restaurant, options give you the ability reserve goods and services such as tickets and travel packages. Options help you guarantee yourself tickets while giving you enhanced flexibility and convenience, more time and peace of mind. They are also fully transferable and if you decide you no longer want an option you purchased, you can put it up for sale on our secondary market.
More Time. More Convenience. More Flexibility: Whether you cannot commit for personal reasons or you don’t know how your favorite team will perform, options have your back. No longer will you kick yourself for being indecisive or become a victim of buyer’s remorse. Options let you make a decision on your own schedule without the obligation to buy the reserved good or service.
Peace of mind: Options ensure your spot in line is secure. Long gone are the days of camping outside the box office waiting for tickets or paying exorbitant mark-ups though scalpers or resale sites. Now you have a place to reserve tickets to the biggest games of the season well in advance for a fair price.
Security: Each option is guaranteed through our official relationships with our partners so you never have to worry about being left out.
No. The option is your reservation to purchase the tickets and/or package and is a premium in addition to the purchasing of your tickets or package.
Exact seating locations are unknown until you exercise your option and purchase your tickets/package. Displayed seating sections are samples and are intended to give you an estimated location of where your tickets will ultimately be located.
If your team does not qualify for a playoff game, your option automatically expires. All options are non-refundable.
Assuming the event is not a playoff game, OptionIt takes full financial responsibility for scheduled events that are cancelled. If this occurs, you will be refunded the price you purchased the option for. Unless a scheduled event is cancelled, all option purchases are non-refundable. No refunds are given if you purchased a playoff option and your team does not qualify.
We work closely with our partners to provide an accurate estimate of what your exercise price will be. These are estimated prices and are subject to some fluctuation based on the partners pricing systems. In the event of any price changes, we will notify option purchasers immediately.
